We help eligible businesses create or claim their Google Business Profile, complete service information, choose appropriate categories and add contact details, opening hours and genuine photographs. We guide you through the verification steps Google makes available. Google decides the method and outcome; you may need to provide evidence or complete a video check yourself.
A clear handover, with room to grow.
Once the agreed setup is complete, we explain what has been delivered and the next steps. You retain ownership of your Google profile. Website design, business email setup, SEO and ongoing profile support can be scoped separately when needed.
Know who is doing each part
Your proposal identifies the authorised partner and the company formation or Companies House verification work they will handle. It also describes our coordination and any website or Google profile work. We agree the handover and required information before work starts, so you know who to contact and which steps need your involvement.
Provide information through the agreed secure route
Company setup can require personal and business information. We explain the partner’s approved submission process rather than asking you to send identity documents through the website enquiry form. The partner confirms the evidence and checks needed for their service. You remain responsible for checking the accuracy of the details submitted.
Plan the online presence alongside formation
Registration does not itself create an online presence or generate customers. We can scope a website, consistent business details and an eligible Google Business Profile around your confirmed business. The marketing can then explain your services, coverage and quotation process so potential customers understand what you offer.
Separate setup from ongoing obligations
Our quote shows the selected setup work, partner charges and official fees. Ongoing filings, accounting, tax advice and recurring marketing are separate unless expressly included. We confirm what has been completed and what remains for you or another provider. Companies House and Google approval times are outside our control.
